Calais is about a 6 hour drive from Central Brittany, so any of the northern French ferry services are OK but obviously St.Malo and Roscoff are in Brittany, it all depends on how far you have to travel in the UK. The roads over in Brittany are much less congested than roads in the UK, making driving a pleasure.

Ferry companies like, LD lines, Brittany Ferries and P&O will all get you accross the English channel, check them all out and try out different sailing times, as some crossing are much less in demand hence much cheaper too.
